This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit this website or ask Casa Guardians about painting, decorating, renovation or maintenance services.
1. Who is responsible?

2. Information you provide
Our quote form collects your name, email, property town or area, selected service and description of the work. You may also provide a phone number and preferred timing. Required fields allow us to understand and answer your request; without them we cannot process the form. You can also contact us by email or WhatsApp.
If you send property photos separately, please avoid people, identity documents, access codes and other unnecessary personal information. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website.
3. Why we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss the work, arrange an assessment and prepare a quote. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If you become a client, we use relevant information to perform the agreed services and meet applicable accounting and tax obligations (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c)).
Necessary technical and security processing supports our legitimate interest in keeping the website and communications reliable and secure (Article 6(1)(f)). The form does not subscribe you to marketing. The checkbox confirms that you have read this notice; it is not consent to advertising. We do not use your enquiry for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who receives it?
Enquiries are handled by Casa Guardians and the providers needed to operate the website and communications:
- FormSubmit receives quote-form submissions and forwards them to our email address. Its documentation states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. See its privacy terms.
- Google / Gmail handles messages sent to our email address. Google Fonts also supplies the website’s typefaces; requests to its servers include technical connection information. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Website infrastructure processes connection and security data to serve the site. When hosted on GitHub Pages, GitHub logs visitor IP addresses for security. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website performance and aggregate usage without analytics cookies or browser storage. See Cloudflare’s analytics information and privacy policy.
- If you choose WhatsApp or Facebook, their providers process your information under their own notices. These are ordinary links; no social-media widget is embedded on this site.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell enquiry information.
5. International processing
Some of these providers operate internationally and may process information outside the European Economic Area. The applicable locations and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and the service used. Please contact us for information about the arrangements applying to your enquiry and any applicable safeguards.
6. How long is information kept?
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to answer your request and deal with related follow-up. If a service is agreed, relevant records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for applicable legal, accounting and claim-handling periods. Unneeded information is deleted or anonymised. Provider archives and security logs follow the providers’ own retention arrangements.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing, or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

8. Cookies and external services
This website’s own code does not set advertising cookies or save your form entries in browser storage. Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured through the existing analytics script. External services you visit, including FormSubmit when the form is used without JavaScript, may use their own cookies or security mechanisms. Your browser can control cookies. If additional tracking or services are introduced, this notice and any necessary consent controls must be updated.
